Tony is a published author, International key note speaker and internationally recognised authority on self protection. He has a Masters Degree in Counter Terrorism from UCLAN and an MBA

Tony has worked with competitive fighters in boxing, MuayThai, Kickboxing and MMA for the past 20 years and it is in this capacity that he developed a greater understanding of nutrition and weight management.

He now create online courses for martial arts, self-protection, fitness and nutrition.
